emme™, RTI's online monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tool, provides real-time access to project status, activity information, and success stories. EMME offers RTI's clients (e.g., USAID), project counterparts, and team members secure, convenient access to project results frameworks via any Web portal.
EMME is designed to support the entire project M&E life cycle. Project teams use EMME to design results frameworks, enter indicator values, upload and attach supporting documents, describe and report on activities, document success stories, and analyze and report on project status. USAID and project counterparts use EMME to monitor project status, report on project results, and evaluate project impact. RTI is currently using EMME to better meet the needs of its clients and to increase the impact of its project work.
